How It Works: Consent First, Every Step
A privacy service that plays loose with your information would be a bad joke. Here is exactly how an engagement runs, and what we ask of you at each step — the whole list, up front.
1. Free exposure check
With your written OK, we run a scan and tell you the number of places you're listed, with a rough roadmap: what can be removed, what can't and why, and what would need two minutes of your time. No identifiers beyond what the check needs, no charge, no obligation.
2. Signed consent
Nothing is filed in your name until you've signed a consent that spells out the scope: free opt-outs only, no payments made on your behalf, no ID or SSN — ever — and the right to revoke at any time.
3. Secure intake
We ask only what matching requires: your legal name and other names you've used, the cities you've lived in over roughly the last 10 years, and — optionally but helpfully — your current address and phone, which is how we tell your listing from a same-name stranger's. Same-name listings we can't confirm are reported as unconfirmed, never quietly counted or touched.
4. The removals
We file the opt-outs. Most brokers confirm by email — those confirmations go to a masked email address we control, never yours. Occasionally a broker demands a phone code or throws a CAPTCHA; those go on your "Needs You for 2 Minutes" list instead of us working around you.
5. Verification and your report
We re-check the listings to confirm they're actually gone, then send your report: Found / Removed / Can't Remove (and why) / Needs You. Every listing accounted for.
6. After
Your intake details are stored encrypted and deleted within 30 days of your final report. If you choose monitoring, we re-scan quarterly and re-file anything that resurfaces.
